..and why should you care? You probably shouldn't unless you know me, but idle curiousity
might get the best of you, I suppose.
In lieu of a topic with more universal appeal (which will surely be posted here shortly) I thought I'd lie down on the proverbial doctors' couch and torture you with my life story. That is, until I get distracted and ramble off on a different tangent.
Here is the obligatory homepage picture of myself,
looking kind of goofy, as usual and of my husband, Keith.
We were married last fall after being together (read: being siamese twins) for eight years. (Got engaged a few years ago in Venice.)
We are both visual artists, Keith mostly working in sculpture and me primarily with oil paint.
We also love photography and have made a brief foray into the world of performance art.
(Which sparks the inevitable question: Were you naked onstage? Keith was, but only for a moment.)
We live in Chicago with our ferret, Fools. (Whatsa ferret?) In answer to the inevitable
questions about ferrets: No, they aren't wild animals. The ferret has been domesticated for centuries. (Domesticated ferrets are not the often heard about "Black Footed Ferret" which is a different species.)
and No, in my experience, they don't bite excessively. (Although, like dogs, this must vary from animal to animal.)
I've also been working on a poetry manuscript.
Last Spring, in a fit of lunacy, I decided to put together the webzine, Oracle. During another odd mood swing, I put together the website, Make Noise!
to make an alternative letter posting site for sending public opinion/tiradesto the white house. (Why not?)
Ok, as promised, I've gotten bored..
